Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition  
- All tags must be intact  
- The item must be returned in original packaging  
- A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required  

Items such as innerwear, customized products, and sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Size issues (subject to availability)  
- Defective or damaged products  
- Incorrect item received  

For size exchanges:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery  
- Product must be unused with tags intact  
- Exchange depends on stock availability  

We do not offer refunds for size-related issues. Only exchanges are allowed.

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

- Incorrect product has been delivered  
- Exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability  

Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days  
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method

- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost  
- For returns due to size issues or change of preference, customers are responsible for return shipping charges
